Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (USA): 5-7 business days
- International: 10-21 business days (varies by country)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international countries. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate changes once processing has begun.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
